1. Introduction

This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy explains how requests for cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled.

We aim to deal with customer concerns fairly while maintaining appropriate product safety, hygiene, security and verification standards.

This policy applies only to transactions that may lawfully be undertaken. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes a customer’s statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact customer support as soon as possible, providing their order reference.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will honour it within the applicable legal period.

Where no statutory cancellation right applies, cancellation requests may be considered before dispatch at our discretion.

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be operationally possible. However, this does not remove any statutory cancellation or refund right.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not voluntarily offer additional change-of-mind returns beyond those required by applicable law.

For eligible distance purchases, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after receiving the goods.

Certain transactions, including qualifying supplies of medicinal products under prescription or prescriber directions, may fall outside the statutory distance-selling cancellation provisions.

For sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost if the goods are unsealed after delivery.

These exclusions apply only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.

Opening delivery packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

4. Faulty, Incorrect, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

Customers should contact customer support if they receive goods that are:

We may request reasonable supporting information, such as an order reference, photographs of packaging or the product received, and relevant delivery information.

We may review the circumstances before determining the appropriate remedy.

Depending on the applicable statutory rights and the circumstances, the customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another legally required remedy.

A replacement will not be imposed where the customer is legally entitled to a refund.

5. Missing or Undelivered Orders

If an order has not arrived, customers should contact support with their order reference and any available tracking details.

We may investigate the issue with the delivery provider, including checking relevant tracking and delivery information.

A courier tracking status is evidence that may assist an investigation, but does not by itself conclusively establish delivery to the customer.

Where goods have not been delivered as required by law, the customer’s applicable rights to cancellation, replacement or reimbursement will be respected.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates may be estimates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed.

A delay does not automatically create an entitlement to additional compensation.

However, where statutory delivery deadlines have not been met, customers may exercise the remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Any enhanced delivery charges or additional remedies will be handled according to the relevant contract terms and statutory requirements.

7. Return Authorisation and Safe Handling

Customers should contact support before returning any goods so that the appropriate safe-handling arrangements can be explained.

Where a statutory right to return goods applies, failure to obtain a return authorisation number will not remove that right.

Medicines must not be returned through an unsuitable channel or resold after being returned by a consumer.

Where appropriate, customers may be directed to a pharmacy or authorised disposal service for safe disposal.

Where the customer is responsible for return postage under a valid change-of-mind cancellation, that responsibility will apply only if the required information was provided before the contract was entered into.

Where goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will meet return costs where required by law.

8. Refund Amounts and Processing

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline.

For qualifying change-of-mind cancellations, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional costs for an expressly selected premium delivery service need not be refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.

Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

We will not impose refund administration or restocking fees where prohibited by law.

Where permitted by law, we may wait until returned goods are received or evidence of their return is supplied before issuing the refund.

9. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods if informed of this requirement before purchase and where the law permits.

Where goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Any deduction for diminished value resulting from excessive handling will be made only where legally permitted.

10. Claims and Supporting Evidence

To help us assess a complaint, customers should provide:

We may request further reasonable information when necessary to investigate a claim.

We will not refuse a valid statutory remedy merely because a customer cannot provide photographs or comply with an internal administrative procedure.

11. Medicines and Regulatory Requirements

The supply, return and disposal of medicines are subject to UK medicines legislation and applicable professional requirements.

A medicine being unlicensed does not automatically eliminate consumer rights.

Kamagra is not licensed in the UK. Customers should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding suitable UK-authorised treatments.

This policy does not authorise the supply of any product that cannot lawfully be sold or supplied in the United Kingdom.

13. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or overrides any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable legislation.

Where any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the relevant legal requirement will take precedence.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our procedures, applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Any changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or contractual entitlements that have already arisen.
